Embedding a real-time AI chat assistant that could answer visitor questions about automation services required careful OpenAI API integration, conversation flow design, and fallback handling. The chatbot needed to feel helpful without being intrusive, and smart without hallucinating capabilities.
The consultation booking system and AI chat assistant work together as a lead funnel. Visitors who interact with the chatbot are guided toward booking calls, and the integrated Stripe payment flow handles paid consultations seamlessly.
